Leadership Team
Phil Neely and Alan Hummon form the leadership team. They have 50 years of combined experience in the telecom business. They started their careers in telecom with Lanier Business Products in 1982 and when Lanier decided to move away from telecom in late 1989 they started the beginnings of A&A Telecom Group. Both of them have had years of experience in all facets of the our part of the telecom business from design, sales, installation, training and support of the phone system to consulting on the best fit for a voice network or data connection. They have made a huge effort to keep up with the changes in the industry. It was a difficult decision to move from Digital to VoIP because of the growing pains that VoIP had in the beginning. But when the time came they both embraced the technology and it is the best choice for any new system that is deployed. They are constantly attending training seminars put on by our trade industry, Trade publications and PBX manufacturers, it requires this dedication to maintain a sharp edge in our competitive marketplace. They are constantly evaluation new products to make sure that they provide their customers the latest and best solution for their particular needs. They invite your input or comments.
