At A&A Telecom Group we provide a full line of stand alone and integrated voice processing and voice mail solutions. We have been installing and supporting such systems since 1990. By voice processing, we mean not only the nearly universal technology of voice mail, but also the use of an automated attendant to answer and direct incoming calls, and the use of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology to allow callers to receive information specific to their account or company in a self directed manner.
Most of our newer systems have integrated voice mail systems that are built into the platform of the phone system, but older phone systems use voice mail systems that are usually PC-based. A&A Telecom still sells, services and supports those PC-based systems.
All our technicians have extensive experience in all phases of voice processing installation, administration and customer training.
