We provide local, statewide, and nationwide technical service and support for telephone systems, PBX systems, voice mail/auto-attendants, LANs/WANs, facsimile, voice and data networks, and voice and data cabling.
Our service department has a dedicated line that is answered by a live person during business hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. However, we are on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergencies. Each of our technicians carries cellular phones and pagers for instant and efficient communication. Moreover, each technician has an average of ten years experience in the telecommunications industry.
