Service after the sale is an important part of the buying decision. Our technicians are all factory trained and certified. Each technician has their own van, which is stocked with necessary parts, jacks and cable. Technicians are assigned to calls by our dispatch center and each technician has a cell phone to take emergency calls and to report their status. When the technician arrives at your site they will contact the person that placed the call. They will then ask you to reproduce the problem and once they have pinpointed the error they will make the correction and demonstrate the repair. You then have the assurance that the problem is corrected.
