When we install our telephone systems we typically set up the systems that we install with remote access. That means that our technicians can access your system at any time to correct a problem or make a change. The system is password protected and we usually use VPN or terminal services as the remote technology. When the technician logs into your system at your site they will contact you and ask you to elaborate on your service request. They will then make the necessary changes and follow up with you to make sure that it was done correctly.
