Enrollment and Consent

You may opt in to receive customer-care SMS from A&A Technology Group by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox on an AATG website form or other enrollment method that clearly identifies SMS messaging.

The SMS consent checkbox will not be checked by default and is not required to submit a form or request service.

If you opt in, you consent to receive customer-care SMS from AATG at the mobile phone number you provide.

Message and data rates may apply. Text Messaging is subject to applicable messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier. AATG does not charge a separate fee for participating in its Text Messaging program. Messaging frequency may vary.

Delivery and Service Availability

AATG does not guarantee that every text message will be delivered successfully or without delay. Delivery may be affected by factors outside AATG’s control, including wireless carrier service, network availability, device compatibility, geographic limitations, internet connectivity, and other technical conditions.

Text Messaging is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AATG is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or failed delivery of messages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Suspension or Termination

AATG may suspend or terminate Text Messaging to you if we reasonably believe you have violated these SMS Terms and Conditions, if your wireless service is terminated or lapses, if your customer relationship with AATG ends, or when required by law or legal process.

AATG may also modify, suspend, or discontinue its Text Messaging program at any time.

Availability

Text Messaging services are intended for use within the United States.

Wireless Carrier

Your wireless carrier and other service providers may collect information regarding your use of Text Messaging. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
