SMS Privacy Policy

1. A&A Technology Group ("we," "us," "our," or "AATG") takes our customers' privacy seriously. This SMS Privacy Policy details how AATG will use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you, as our customer, choose to participate in our SMS program ("Text Messaging"). Your use of Text Messaging is governed by, and subject to, this SMS Privacy Policy as well as AATG's SMS Terms and Conditions (see below).

2. When you opt-in to Text Messaging we may collect your phone number, carrier details, timing and content of messages, and any other information sent to AATG.

3. AATG may use your information to contact you and to operate, develop and improve AATG's Text Messaging services. You may also receive text messages when you apply for, or attempt to use, an AATG product or service, as applicable, or when you contact AATG.

4. AATG will never trade or otherwise sell your personal information such as phone numbers and Text Messaging consent to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes except as described in AATG's general Privacy Statement. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. AATG may share your information with service providers who assist AATG in providing our Text Messaging services, and law enforcement or regulatory agencies if required by law.

5. AATG implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access and use.

6. AATG may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. AATG will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on AATG's website and updating the effective date.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Please review these SMS Terms and Conditions carefully and contact Fidelity Bank ("we," "us," "our," or "AATG") prior to enrolling if you have any questions or do not understand these SMS Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in our SMS program ("Text Messaging"), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, and you also agree to AATG's SMS Privacy Policy (see above).

2. To opt out of Text Messaging, simply reply to AATG's text message on your mobile device with the word STOP.

3. Each time you use Text Messaging, you affirm your agreement to AATG's SMS Terms and Conditions and to AATG's SMS Privacy Policy. AATG reserves the right to, and from time to time may, revise these SMS Terms and Conditions and/or its SMS Privacy Policy. AATG will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on AATG's website and updating the effective date.

4. When you provide information to AATG, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree that AATG may collect information from you including (but not limited to) your phone number, carrier details, timing and content of messages, and any other information sent to AATG.

5. AATG may use this information to contact you and to operate, develop and improve AATG's Text Messaging services. You may also receive text messages when you apply for, or attempt to use, an AATG product or service, as applicable, or when you contact AATG. AATG's message frequency to you may vary, but if at any time you determine the frequency of text messages to be excessive, you may immediately opt out of the Text Messaging service. AATG reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect AATG's rights or property.

6. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data from your Text Messaging usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies.

7. By using Text Messaging, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user or subscriber of the phone number and wireless device that you are using to receive text messages from or on behalf of AATG.

8. AATG WILL NEVER SEND YOU A TEXT MESSAGE ASKING YOU TO PROVIDE OR CONFIRM PERSONAL DETAILS OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS PASSWORDS, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, OR ACCOUNT NUMBERS. DO NOT REPLY TO ANY MESSAGE REQUESTING PERSONAL DETAILS OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Please, immediately report any such message by contacting AATG at +1 254-751-7711/+1 512-327-3277.

9. Message and data rates may apply. Text Messaging is subject to applicable messaging and data fees from your wireless carrier. Please refer to your wireless plan details for more information. However, AATG does not charge you a separate fee for your use of its Text Messaging service.

10. You acknowledge and agree that your receipt of any Text Messaging may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) affecting your wireless service provider, internet service provider(s) and other factors outside of AATG's control. Text Messaging is subject to many factors including availability of service with your network, compatibility of your network and device with AATG's systems, and processing by your mobile device. Text Messaging services are provided on an "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" basis. AATG will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any Text Messaging. AATG will not be required to resend any message even if the message was not received on your mobile device. In no event shall AATG be liable for any claim arising from delayed, misdirected, or failed delivery of any information sent through the Text Messaging service.

11. AATG may suspend or terminate Text Messaging to you if AATG has reason to believe you are in breach of current SMS Terms and Conditions. Text Messaging services are also subject to termination in the event your wireless service terminates or lapses, or in the event of your AATG account closure or legal process. AATG may also discontinue Text Messaging at any time, in its discretion, with no liability.

12. Text Messaging services are provided only in the United States.

13. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AATG harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from (1) your use of the Text Messaging service, and (2) the provision of a phone number that is not your own.

14. You agree to notify AATG immediately of any changes to your mobile device. In case of unauthorized access to your mobile device or service, you agree to cancel enrollment associated with the device immediately.
